Clan History: The Uchiha clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.
Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye

Personality: A quiet and dark person.Shiribasura is a silent person at almost all times.He only speaks his mind during important events but thats probably the only time.When out and about he only gives cold looks and will nod his head in acknowledgement.He is short temperd and arrogant. He fights so intensley at all times that by the end of the fight the feild never looks the same.Know one really knows his storry,he is an incredibly mysterioius figure.

Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day

This jutsu is a combination of both the Chidori Nagashi and Chidori Senbon jutsus.The user forms the necesarry handseals and covers himself in the electrical chakra of Chidori.After doing so the user will then form this chakra into 1000 sharp needles around the boty and at a single fluctuation of chakra the users chakra causes the body of the user to become negativley charged just like the lightning chakra he is covered with.These needles will move toward any positivley charged living object.This jutsu cant be done in moments of high physical/emotional stress otherwise the needles will be driven into the users body killing him.Also this uses an incredibly large amount of chakra,if any chidori related jutsu is used before this it will instantly kill the user

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Gentoushin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique created by Shiribasura and used by Akatsuki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. By forming the needed handseal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination jutsu like the Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.

Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. To further their goals, they seek to capture all the "jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice" a.k.a. demon possessors such as Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara. Akatsuki seeks to use the bijuu (tailed demon beasts) for their unique abilites. Once they capture one of the jinchuuriki, they will bring them to a hidden location. All nine members need not be physically present, they can use their astral projection technique to transport a spectral form of themselves into the cave.
The members will first summon the huge "king of hell" statue. This statue has its mouth bound and eyes covered. Once they begin the technique, the mouth binding will fall away and nine spectral dragons will emerge from its mouth to strike the jinchuuriki. This will then begin the extraction process. With the absence of Orochimaru, the process will take three straight day and nights. During this period the members will release the same exact amount of power as that of the bijuu, this synchronization will thus allow its removal. As the extraction continues, the statues eyes will open to reveal the current status of previous jinchuriki captures, with irises appearing in the eyes to apparently represent a capture.

Gofuu Kekkai is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. The five "kin" (prohibition) seals act together to form a barrier to the entrance of their cave. The cave door itself is marked with one tag, and four other tags are located within a few hundred meters of each other. To remove the barrier, all five tags must be removed at the same moment.
Knowing that the barrier has this weakness, Akatsuki added a further protection, in Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu. When the four surrounding tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the ground and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques.

Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which acts as an additional protection for the Gofuu Kekkai Fuuinjutsu. Knowing that the Gofuu Kekkai barrier has a removal weakness, Pain uses an additional protection. When the four surrounding barrier tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the surrounding natural elements and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques.

Shouten no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Pain. This technique will allow a person to sacrifice their body so it can take on the almost real form of another. This technique is like Edo Tensei, but it allows for a live ninja to inhabit the body of another. Also unlike Henge which is just an appearance transformation for a ninja, this technique will allow the sacrifice to play the host for a virtual copy of another ninja.
The other ninja will totally control the sacrifice and donate a portion of their own chakra to the sacrifice to provide it chakra. While the ninja acts in the sacrifice body, it can perform most all techniques it normally does except for bloodline techniques. This is because the techniques are limited to however much chakra the ninja has donated. Once the chakra runs out and the sacrifical body dies, the shape change will end and the lifeless body of the sacrifice will be revealed.

History/Background Story:
As a small boy born from the famous and feared Uchiha clan he was expected to be a genius like the other Uchiha males.He had a competitive streak from the moment he could walk making him seem like the perfect Uchiha.Once he entered the Academy he took the school work incredibly serious and graduated from the academy with in three years,a record not seen since Uchiha Itachi.He had an arrogent 'im better than you' atttitude which drove all of the members of his squad insane.He and his squad mates were always fighting and arguing which made there squad leader angry.He would make them do teamwork exercises evertime they fought or argued in hopes of establishing the seemingly impossible sence of teamwork.He failed miserably.Shiribasura was far from a team player and had to be right at all times.Due to this his squad failed many missions.Despite this his sqaud Jounin decided they all had enough skill and talent to undergo the Chuunin Exams.
Shiribasura was the youngest person there taking the Chuunin Advancement Exams.Despite this he was fully capable of passing them.When his team went into the forest of death it all went down hill from there.He and his team could barley get the scroll in time.Once the Tournement came around he and his squad all passed but he lost in the quarter finals of the exams thus disgracing his family.From then he was shunned and disliked by the other Uchiha.Even though he failed to pass the entire Exam he still advanced to Chuunin which thus began his journey toward the temptations of the life as a missing ninja.During a mission he lost control of himself and got incredibly angry at his bestfreind whom happened to be in his squad.In his rage he throttled his freind and looked into his eyes as he suffocated.This was his first kill and the thing that lead up to his receiving of the Mangekyo.
When he was a Chuunin news somehow got out that he had killed his best freind.Once this was known he was immeadatley shunned and hated more which caused an unimaginable hatred.This hatred would eventually become Shiribasura's only purpose for leaving the village.When on missions his hatred was taken out on by any one opposing him,this involved foe and teamate alike.While he wasnt fighting or out on missions he was training to use the Mangekyo.After a long journey as a Chuunin he became a Jounin though the Hokage was reluctant to make sutch a violent and unstable shinobi a high level Jounin.
The Hokage gave into the pressure due to the fact he needed Jounin and promoted Shiri to Jounin.During his first S Ranked mission he used his Amaterasuethus alerting Akatsuki to his presence.Shortly there after he took on the alias of the 'Broken Spirit' due to his cold broken attitude.During his time as a Jounin he had many encounters with Akatsuki all of them concluding in his escape.Though he was a skilled aset to Konoha he was still hated and shunned by his village and clanmates and one day he decided to leave Konoha but had no idea of how he was going to go about it.One day a ninja in his squad started talking down to Shiribasura which made him incredibly mad.He lost his temper like he usally did,but this time he couldnt control himself.The Mangekyo appeared in his eyes and he desimated his teammate.In order to hide the fact that he had killed the other member and burned both their bodies with a katon jutsu.After the destruction of their bodies he never returned to the village and began to scout out powerful shinobi to help him go through with his ultimate plan.
Shiribasura approached a powerful Nara shinobi of the name Kantamaru who swiftly refused his offer and leaft.After the rejection of Kantamaru he continued on to find more powerful shinobi to join his new orginazation soon to be known as Akatsuki.He developed several jutsu just for his goals.

Roleplay Sample:Shiribasura ran through the woods from an unknown assailant from the organization known as Akatsuki.This is how he had lived now for over four years since he left the village.He crossed his fingers in a hand seal and ten clones appeared and all of them went toward the unknown Akatsuki as he flead the seen.The clones one by one were destroyed by the Akatsuki memeber.Shiribasura had enough time to hide before the Akatsuki destroyed his clones.He looked out from the tree he was hiding behind only to be face to face with the Akatsuki member.He activated his sharingan and grabbed the Akatsuki's arm and threw him into a tree.After that he slid back and formed twelve seals and charged his body with electricity. "1000 Lightning Needles!" he shouted as the needles of electricity went toward the Akatsuki at high speed toward the Akatsuki,they hit there mark burning and impaling the Akatsuki where he then made his escape not realizing that the Akatsuki member had done the Substitution jutsu.
